Property Management Information for Owners
Property management is a great way to allow someone else to handle the day to day operations for your rental(s). We will take care of screening tenants, collecting rents, late notices and much more.
Why Use A Property Manager?
Some of the reasons that you may want to use a property manager are:
- Tired of getting bad tenants
- Don’t have a resource to screen tenants properly
- You would like a hands-off feel. If you are not emotionally attached to the property, it will allow your manager to make smart decisions. Ones based upon logic and reason. And they will probably make you money because of it.
What does it cost?
Property management fees are 10% of the monthly rent, or at least $50.00. If there are multiple units, we can negotiate the actual mangement fees.
